Lavangen’s fjord offers prime deep-sea and big game fishing, with world-record spots like Sørøya to the north and the famous Lofoten grounds to the south—putting Aa-Gard’s camp right at the heart of the action.
The mix of fjords, open sea, and salmon rivers provides rich variety, and anglers’ cabins sit just meters from the marina.
Rental CABINS
Aa-Gård’s waterfront rental cabins are the perfect accommodations, whether for a family getaway seeking privacy, a group celebration or a business meeting.
We offer seven fully equipped rental cabins of two and three bedrooms, for up to 6 guests.
With floor-to-ceiling windows, you will be able to see the stunning views of the Lavangen’s fjord, the surrounding mountains and northern lights in Winter.
Soft bed linens and towels are included.

Norwegian FLAVOURS
The restaurant at Aa-Gård is open for groups of at least eight people. It is also possible to book for larger groups or for weddings and parties.
Our French chef makes traditional Norwegian food using lamb meat from our own flock. Our menu is our own twist o traditional local recipes & flavours and French delicacies. We follow the season’s ingredients to decide our menus, and only pick locally sourced ones.
Below the restaurant is our wine cellar, perfect for wine tasting events or as a meeting room for corporate guests. We import our own wine from Germany.
LAVANGEN Sustainably
Aa-Gård is continually improving itself to be more respectful of Nature.
We have 200m2 of solar panels, which can produce 28 000 kwh per year of clean energy.
Our restaurant meat is from our own sheep flock, you cannot find a more locally sourced meat. All other meat are from the local slaughter house, which has the best quality on the market. Other produces are as much as possible sourced in Norway, and according to the season.
We are mindful of food waste, and producing only the quantity of food we need for our guests. Any left overs, or food scraps will be giving to our chickens.
